Candidates should be detail oriented, focused and driven to process high quality product in accordance with customer requirements.
* Create marking fixtures (must be creative)
* Set up Silk Screen Press and frame per drawing requirements and position substrate section into fixture, adjust screen and parts appropriately, lower screen and print. Inspect print for quality and accuracy per drawing requirement
* Mix ink according to specified formula record amount used and issue to the Job Order
* Pour ink into screen frame and draws squeegee across screen to transfer image to the substrate
* Produce quality product that conforms to specifications and check accuracy with calipers

* Consistently produce quality prints that meet all specifications for accuracy and cosmetic appearance per drawing requirements.
* Complete tasks effectively and efficiently even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments

* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Ability to perform repeated movements and stand for long periods throughout the work day
* Perform duties in a safe manner utilizing safety equipment and observing all safety rules and regulations.
* Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
* Add, subtract, multiply and divide simple equations
* Ability to read blueprints a plus
